Return and Exchange Policy for Crystallode.com

At Crystallode, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products and outstanding customer service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange a product. To assist you in this process, we have created a comprehensive and compassionate return and exchange policy.

Return Policy:

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@crystallode.com or +852 92062291 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return in your request.

3. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely pack your item(s) and include a copy of your original invoice along with the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Crystallode will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our team.

Exchange Policy:

1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

2. Crystallode will cover the shipping costs for exchanges if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In all other cases, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs and price differences between the returned and exchanged items.

Shipping Policy:

1. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Crystallode is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

Extended Holiday Return Period:

To provide a more caring shopping experience, we offer an extended return period during the holiday season. Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year, provided they meet all other return policy requirements.
