Yes. Full-container projects require confirmation of products, quantities, packing, loading plan, destination and written freight terms.

Inspection scope can include quantity, visible condition, agreed specifications, packing and confirmation photos or video.

Natural color, texture, inclusions, mineral marks, size and weight can vary. For suitable products, we use confirmation photos, videos or reference specifications before shipment.

Some products support samples or single pieces. Other products require a minimum quantity shown on the product page or confirmed by quotation.

Available methods can include bank transfer and online payment where available. Final payment terms are confirmed in writing for each order.

Yes. LCL or FCL sea freight can be discussed for suitable orders, subject to destination, product and logistics requirements.

Any shipping rate charged at checkout is air freight and is billed at actual cost, so you are never charged a freight margin. On volume orders air freight is rarely the cheapest route, so contact us before paying and we will quote a better option, including sea freight or DDP door-to-door with customs clearance and duties covered.
