How payment works for wholesale orders at Crystallode.

Paying online

Orders placed and paid directly on this website are charged in the currency shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB) and PayPal.

Online payment is the fastest route for samples and smaller wholesale orders. Everything is handled through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.

Paying for larger orders

For volume orders, contact us before paying online. There are two reasons:

  • Freight. The shipping rate at checkout is air freight. On carton- or pallet-sized orders, sea freight or a dedicated line is usually far cheaper. Paying online first means paying air freight rates on a shipment that did not need them.
  • Payment method. Card and PayPal fees are charged as a percentage. On a large invoice this is real money, and bank transfer (T/T) is normally the better option for both sides.

Send us your product list, quantities and destination and we will issue a proforma invoice showing goods and freight separately, with the payment methods available for that order.

Order confirmation before payment

For anything beyond a sample order, we confirm the following in writing before you pay:

  • Products, grade, size range and quantity
  • Unit price and total goods value
  • Packing specification
  • Freight route and cost, and whether duties are included
  • Expected dispatch date

Nothing goes into production or gets packed until you have confirmed that document. This is deliberate — it is far cheaper to correct a specification before packing than after shipment.

Currency

Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the site for your region. Product prices are ex-works: taxes, duties and freight are not included. See Shipping Rates and Delivery Areas.

Documents

Every order can be supplied with a commercial invoice, packing list and HS code information for customs clearance. If your import process needs specific wording, values or document formats, tell us before dispatch — changing documents after goods have shipped is difficult.

Security

Card payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection, with 3D Secure verification where your bank requires it. Crystallode does not receive or store your card number.
